Low temperature use ---- During winter use (particularly below 0°C) we recommend charging and storing the battery at room temperature before inserting the battery in the eBike immediately before riding it. For longer journeys in the cold, it is advisable to use thermal protective covers. DMEGC do seem to have a pretty big, swanky factory, they claim making 80,000 x 18650 cells a day (among many other cell types). If Fiido alone are selling (a claimed) 400,000 e-bikes a year, taking typically 40 cells per bike, that's 16 million cells a year - which is 2/3 of DMEGC's stated lithium cell capacity. That may be why other makers don't get much of a look-in and why people like Mooch haven't come across them?
I subsequently replaced the 15amp BPM with a 30amp BPM that prevented this issue from occurring, as the OEM batteries from Cyrusher come with a 30amp BMS. However even doing so I never got more than 20 miles out of a rated “20ah” Hailong That i bought on Alibaba regardless of the PAS settings but the 17ah from Cyrusher gets 48 miles using the same PAS settings and all things being equal (i.e. same path to work, same stop and go, same speed, same PAS, etc.) My personal take, as you have little in the way of protective clothing on, no helmet for example, is to say leave it as it is..... fan-less) or 5A charger (with fan) are optional extras. These are good quality chargers (very reliable in our experience). (The charger may differ from the images shown).

It is true that you get what you pay for and when it comes to batteries, one should exercise utmost caution. On/Off Button: Enhance your battery’s efficiency with the on/off button, which allows you to save power when it’s not needed, extending your ride even further.
Mounting base ---- The Hailong I-2 mounting base with space for a 9G 11-22A 500-1000W built-in controller. The output connectors could be waterproof or non-waterproof. The slider on the Jumbo Shark has a metal support and it has fixing points along almost it’s entire length, so you shouldn’t have any trouble to fit it to the standard bottle mounts on most bikes. When the battery is not in use, keep it away from paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that could make a connection from one terminal to another. A short circuit between the battery terminals may cause burns or a fire. Short circuit damage which occurs in this instance voids any and all warranty claims against TrikExplor.

As it is for a wheel chair my guess is that the controller or lcd are programmed to be legal for the wheel chair use which I think is about 8- 10mph max. The controller/lcd although Keunteng will likely be a customer customised programmed version not available through normal channels. Hailong cases were generally only supplied with a DC2.1 charge connector. These are rated 3A (which is not much for a battery that might be almost 14Ah in capacity). What you could better do imho is adding a maritime switch with a high amps rating (over 100a). This switch should work fine on its own:
I'm not aware of any data that corelates battery failures by brand. The best rule of thumb is, "you get what you pay for". There are many internal considerations including cell type, wiring, construction, BMS, etc. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a high quality low cost lithium battery. I work for an Electric car manufacturer, and have access to some testing equipment and a lot of smart people that know about how all of this works, I have done some real world research as to fine tune my e-bikes for the best range and speed I can get. Please note we recommend a max of no more than 50A for the BMS. The trip current is set just above 60A.
Yes, changing wheel size works and give much better speed performance, but after 5 mins it shuts off and need to restart.
