In June of 2020, Senator Marco Rubio added text into the 2021 Intelligence Authorization Act requesting—though not requiring—that the director of National Intelligence, along with the Secretary of Defense, produce “a detailed analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena data and intelligence reporting.” This language, which allowed them a hundred and eighty days to produce the report, drew heavily from proposals by Mellon, and it was clear that this concerted effort, at least in theory, was a more productive and more cost-effective iteration of the original vision for AATIP. Mellon told me, “This creates an opening and an opportunity, and now the name of the game is to make sure we don’t miss that open window.”

Some aspects of the “official” version of events was, to some, very much open to debate. Not least some of the main witnesses themselves. When the Halt Memorandum entered the public arena, there was no doubt whatsoever that at least certain aspects of the incident had not been put across to the public in their fullest. The F.A.A. claimed that it must have been a “hole-punch cloud”—a cirrocumulus or altocumulus cloud crisply perforated with a circular gap, which occasionally appears in below-freezing temperatures. According to meteorologists whom Kean interviewed, it was much too warm that day for hole-punch clouds to occur. The episode sparked Kean’s indignation. As she put it in her book, “Those who do know the facts about the O’Hare incident continue to mistrust our government, which has demonstrated, once again, that it will avoid dealing with UFO incidents at all costs.” He was called out to assist the military when they went on crash retrievals in case there were any survivors. As a psychic intuitive he had a unique ability to communicate with various ET races.

Cahn does not seem to have done any other debunking. But it is interesting that he was an “associate member” of Bohemian Groves. Bohemian Groves is a California hideaway for some of the most important people in the world. They go there to network, and to worship a thirty foot giant owl, and to plot world domination. The wars themselves remain a mystery protected by secrecy. We know nothing about how or why the United States is fighting or assassinating poor villagers by the thousands in countries thousands of miles away. What is victory? Or is it just permanent war for the sake of war profiteering? Duh.

After Elizondo resigned, he and other key AATIP participants—including Mellon, Puthoff, and Semivan—almost immediately joined To the Stars Academy of Arts & Science, an operation dedicated to U.F.O.-related education, entertainment, and research, and organized by Tom DeLonge, a former front man of the pop-punk outfit Blink-182. Later that month, DeLonge invited Elizondo onstage at a launch event. Elizondo announced that they were “planning to provide never-before-released footage from real U.S. government systems—not blurry amateur photos but real data and real videos.” Stone claimed to have catalogued 57 different species of alien life forms and is coming forward with his story to encourage citizens and our elected officials to open investigations and end this Constitutional bypass by a powerful and covert organization operating under our noses and in our skies. I realize that someday this book will historically become part of a vast archive of evidence. Sgt. Clifford Stone is one of brave ones and he has paid a heavy personal price. The terror is outsourced and very profitable. There are many other secret mercenary armies that the secret government uses for Terrorism. General Petraeus had his own mercenaries, the Wolf Brigade, outside the regular chain of command. The secret army tortured and murdered innocent people, which is its purpose. The Wolf Brigade may be doing covert ops against Afghans. Create enemies. Create wars. Create heroic Generals with their own private jets and their own private mistresses. After retirement Clifford worked for TMC, the Roswell Mall and Job Corps. At Job Corps he enjoyed the interaction with the youth and the opportunity to assist in molding the students. He made it a point to treat the students attending as if they were his own children.

That there was a cover-up regarding the true events of the Rendlesham Forest incident is, at least in UFO circles, beyond any reasonable doubt. The amount of whistle-blower testimony. The Halt Memorandum. And such information as that volunteered by Clifford Stone would all point to such a cover-up.Classified secrecy, is a cult. It is the state religion of the USA. The secret keepers, four million members, have their own government and they receive special rewards. They have been very successful employing the tools of repression to silence the anti-war majority. The Internet remains a problem, not being fully incorporated into our corporate dictatorship. Greer’s “Executive Summary” was woolly, but discerning readers could find within it answers to many of the most frequently asked questions about U.F.O.s—assuming, as Greer did, that U.F.O.s are helmed by extraterrestrials. Why are they so elusive? Because the aliens are monitoring us. Why? Because they are discomfited by our aspiration to “weaponize space.” Have we shot at them? Yes. Should we shoot at them? No. Really? Yes. Why not? They’re friendly. How do we know? “Obviously, any civilization capable of routine interstellar travel could terminate our civilization in a nanosecond, if that was their intent. That we are still breathing the free air of Earth is abundant testimony to the non-hostile nature of these ET civilizations.” (One obvious question seems not to have occurred to Greer: Why, if these spacecraft are so advanced, do they allegedly crash all the time?) The official NBC Team assignment allegedly served as a cover for those highly secretive and compartmentalized operations. Over a period of nearly 40 years, Stone has amassed one of the largest private collections of authentic government documents clearly establishing the hard reality of the UFO phenomenon.
