While AI might eventually get there, at the moment it doesn’t empathise. It doesn’t feel. And it doesn’t understand. You need a real human for that. Charles Darwin had one of the greatest insights into the human condition that any of our species has had, changing thousands of years' of thought at the stroke of a pen, yet he had nothing to say about how we actually experience being human.

Cultivate your self-esteem. Humans feel better when they consider themselves valuable and they know that others consider them valuable. It's easiest to respect yourself and for others to respect you if you've achieved something. Try to strive for success, whether it's at your job or in other activities that you practice for fun ( these are called "hobbies.") Know and be confident in your own abilities. Respect humans who respect you.I think being more human definitely means giving great service but it’s a difficult balance to achieve when people are woven so tightly into the systems that support them. As we head towards more AI, we must keep it at the level of “tool” rather than “replacement”. Using simple, effective and accessible avenues for people to unearth the multitude of benefits of breathwork.
