We weren’t sure what to expect and he explained the processes in great detail and answered any questions we had. There was a tasting at the end and our view of salt has totally changed and I don’t think we will use table salt again. The gin we tasted was great. This year, using the pure water generated as a by-product of our sea salt harvesting process, we are the first company in Wales to offer a bespoke outdoor bathing experience, celebrating the unparalleled view.
